We're pet-friendly, so you can bring up to 4 furry friends for a nature-filled adventure!🐾 The space Our cozy home consists of: Large studio room - a comfortable sofa that can be folded out and two people can sleep on it, a dining table for 4 people and a projector for cozy watching movies in the evenings. Bedroom mezzanine - with a large and super comfortable 2x2 meter mattress and mountain views. We made sure that the blankets and bed linen were of premium quality, not synthetic. Bathroom - includes everything you need. Towels, shampoos and other necessary things. A large kitchen designed to make cooking comfortable and tasty. We made sure that the kitchen had everything you needed, including dishes, tools, etc. A large terrace overlooking the lake is a place where you can enjoy the views of the lake and nature. There is a table and chairs on the terrace. A campfire area is a place to gather around a fire. There is also a barbecue with skewers and firewood. Extras: 🚀 🛁 We also offer a wood-fired sauna with a hot tub that guests can rent during their stay — perfect for relaxing in the evening. 🏄‍♂️ For those who enjoy spending time by the water, we have SUP boards and fishing rods available for rent. 🎣 The nearby reservoir is great for paddleboarding and peaceful fishing. 🚗 We also rent out our 4x4 car Subaru Forester 2019 — perfect not only for getting to our cabin, but also for exploring the surrounding area and traveling all across Georgia in comfort and safety. 📥 If you're interested in any of these, just let us know — we’ll be happy to help arrange it for you. Guest access A 10-minute walk from the house there is a large Algeti reservoir, you can go fishing, swim, and in the future we will also rent out SUP boards. In addition, we have the stunningly beautiful Birtvisi Canyon nearby, where you can take a walk or go hiking) It's 20 minutes by car You are generally surrounded by a nature reserve, so there are many places where you can walk And an hour’s drive from us is the Dashbash Canyon, where you can take a walk, sit in a restaurant, etc. Other things to note The road from Tbilisi to our house is in good condition and asphalted almost all the way. Only the last 150 meters are on a dirt road, ❗️so during rainy weather, it’s better to use an all-wheel-drive vehicle. (4x4)! A great place to get a new experience of living outside the city, in complete silence, without people. Also ideal for: remote work, relaxation with the whole family or with your beloved half.. Also there’s a friendly village dog «Ryzhu” who occasionally visits the property. She’s incredibly smart, and many of our guests love her and even give her little treats. She’s well cared for and very gentle. But if she ever makes you uncomfortable, you can simply shoo her away — she’ll understand and leave.
