There's also a dining table/area for your meals. Duplex Layout: The apartment is a duplex with a lounge, kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom on the lower portion. The upper portion features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry area with an automatic washer/dryer, and a balcony. Convenience & Comfort: Located in a zero-load shedding zone, the apartment ensures uninterrupted power without the need for a UPS. However, power outages can still happen in rare cases.
