The flat is located 7 minutes walk from the Central Station and 10 minutes from the Aldo Moro University and the Petruzzelli Theater, in an ideal position to visit Bari comfortably and without means. Furthermore, in about twenty minutes on foot you can reach the beach or the center. Free herringbone parking spaces (not guaranteed) are available in front of the apartment. The space The 45 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building (1 step at the entrance) and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and traditional oven - Living area with sofa, split AC and 32 ”Smart TV with Amazon fire stick (NO ANTENNA) - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split AC - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box. Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating by split, drying rack, iron and ironing board. OTHER INFORMATION: - The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in. - Parking is not included, but outside the apartment there are free parking (NOT guaranteed) and there is a muncipal parking (for a fee) on the other side of the street in Largo Ciaia. Guest access The apartment is at guests' disposal!
