Set in the heart of Easton and minutes walk from its iconic Bristol pubs, St Mark's Rd with all its cultural delights, restaurants and delis and train and bus links into the city centre (also walkable in around 30 mins) and clifton (8 mins on train) The house is on a lovely, quiet, friendly and peaceful street with free parking and a garden with a firepit and dining area. A 5 minute drive from the M32, or 10 from Bristol Temple Meads it is the perfect value getaway for your trip to Bristol. The space The house has an open plan, kitchen/diner, a front room with a corner sofa, and woodburning stove. 2 large double bedrooms and a large bathroom. Outside is a pleasant patio garden with dining area and firepit. Guest access You will have full use of the house, garden and free on street parking. Other things to note IMPORTANT: I am letting out my home (which I rent from a friend with their full permission.) There will therefore be some of my possessions left here and some of the decoration and fittings may not be up to a usual bespoke airbnb standard. This is reflected in the price of the property so please only book if you are OK with this and will respect my home and my lovely neighbours. Thank you!
