The finca is located on a hill overlooking the reservoir and the Peñol Rock. The 4-kilometer drive from the main road to the property is on a concrete track, with the last 1000 meters being unpaved. It has two floors and is cozy and peaceful, perfect for escaping the daily grind and immersing yourself in nature, fruit trees, native plants, and birdwatching. It features a fire pit and a natural spring for meditation. Completely private with parking. The space The property features a fire pit, natural surroundings, and parking. It's secluded from other properties, making it a private and private retreat away from the tourist area. Guest access The property and its house can be used in their entirety. Other things to note - The property is not near the dam; it's located high up on the mountain with a great view. Since the last 700 meters are on an unpaved road, it is recommended to avoid low-clearance vehicles. Four-wheel drive vehicles are not necessary. The recommended arrival time is before 5:00 PM to avoid arriving at night on the first day. - An additional charge will apply for any damage or mess caused by pets. - Trash must be taken to a collection point located 10 minutes down the same road, past a statue of the Virgin Mary on the right. (There will be a charge of US$10 or COP$40,000 if the trash is not taken.) - The keys will be in the lock on the first floor, including the keys to the second floor and the gate. The gate will be closed upon arrival; please leave it closed upon departure. - The tap water is potable. However, it is recommended to bring your own drinking water.
