Welcome to our cozy and private 3-bedroom home in the heart of West Seattle. Just a short walk from the Junction and a quick drive to Alki Beach, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy the peaceful setting and soak in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The space Our home has a bright and comfortable living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and two cozy bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. The third room has a pullout couch that turns into a full bed. Outside, enjoy the downstairs porch with a fire pit, grill, and patio seating, or head up to the rooftop deck for a private hot tub and another fire pit with seating, perfect for unwinding under the stars. Please note: the hot tub is located directly above the master bedroom. While it’s a great spot to relax, it does produce a humming noise when running, so if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the ideal fit. *There is only one reserved parking space for the home that guests can park in* Amenities: • Wi-Fi • Smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen • Washer and dryer • Private deck with hot tub • Free parking on premises Location: Just a short walk to the West Seattle Junction, parks, restaurants, and shops. Key terms include: • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to sunrise • Maximum of 6 overnight guests; no unauthorized overnight visitors • Pets allowed under 25 lbs (not permitted in the hot tub) • Smoking is not allowed on the property • Guests assume liability for use of amenities, including the hot tub and fire pit • No subletting, commercial activity, or illegal behavior • The host reserves the right to inspect the property with prior notice The full rental agreement will be provided after booking and must be signed before check-in.
