Other things to note The rental rate includes a $100 electricity allowance per month ($3.33 per day). To track usage, we take a photo of the electricity meter at check-in and another before check-out to calculate total consumption in kWh. If your electricity usage exceeds the $100 monthly allowance, you will be responsible for the additional cost. In this case, we will send a payment request via Airbnb for the excess amount. Cleaning services are available upon request. This is a non-smoking apartment. A $600 penalty will be charged for any smoking violations.
