Spacious Room Close to the Heart of Rome

Welcome to the Julius room, a spacious room on the fifth floor of a classic Roman building. Nearby, you will find popular attractions, numerous shops, and restaurants. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a shared kitchen. We take care of the cleanliness and comfort of our guests and are happy to provide advice on sightseeing in the area. An ideal place to relax and discover the charm of Rome. The space Our apartment is located in a building constructed in the 1970s and features four very spacious bedrooms. Each of them has a dedicated bathroom, and three have direct access to a spacious terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, just like at an Italian aunt's place. In the coffee machine, you'll find a truly exceptional coffee and fantastic rustic olive oil from genuine Italian olive groves. We have also taken care of the quality of sleep, choosing the bed linen carefully and meticulously. In fact, we won't boast about it. The important thing is that we take care of it as we would in our own home, and you will sleep wonderfully in it. Guest access Guests can use various parts of our flat. They have a private room exclusively for their use. Additionally, they have access to the common areas, including the kitchen, terrace, and hallway. The private bathroom is located in the common area, in the hallway outside the room. During your stay Guests can contact me in whichever way is most convenient for them: directly in person, by phone, by email, through an app, or in any other preferred method. There will always be someone on site to welcome you, hand over the keys to the room and the flat, and assist with any matters concerning the flat and the local area.
