This charming space offers a cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living room complete with a large 50-inch TV for your entertainment needs, and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, you'll have access to a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, ensuring your laundry needs are taken care of during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making cooking a breeze, and a dining table is available for enjoying your delicious meals. Rest assured that our residence prioritizes safety, providing you with a secure environment for your peace of mind. As you explore the neighborhood, you'll discover a range of delightful cafes, shops, and local attractions to enhance your experience. Guest access The apartment is entirely private, only for you. Other things to note Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register all guests and collect a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. We will send you a payment link shortly before your stay or we settle it during check-in. Please note that this includes a small processing fee. In case of cancellation, please understand that this transaction fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding! Kindly note that arrivals after 23:00 will incur a fee of 500CZK + VAT. Alternatively, you can choose an option for a self-check-in through our secure central location. Lastly, please keep in mind that in case of a last-minute booking just before the start of your stay, there is a possibility that the check-in process might take a little bit longer since we do our check-ins personally. However, we want to assure you that our utmost priority is to ensure your check-in is conducted promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances. House Rules: Please be respectful to our apartment & its equipment. Do not damage our property so it can be a good home for you and others after you. Please respect the night silence rules 10 pm - 6 am. Please be respectful to our neighbours. Always lock the door and shut off lights before leaving the apartment. No parties allowed. No stags allowed. No pets allowed. If you accidentally damage the apartment's equipment, let us know immediately so we can repair it in time for the next guests. Please be prepared to pay for the damages. Thank you!
