See the occasional deer and bear and other wild life from the beautifully landscaped yard. Enjoy the BBQ, fire pit, and heated salt water swimming pool. It’s only a five minute drive to golf, wineries, beaches, movie theatre, shopping and restaurants. 7 minute drive to downtown Kelowna many wineries within minutes! The space This gorgeous family friendly property features a keyless private entry basement studio suite built in 2018. Inside this cute studio suite you will find a fully equipped kitchen offering a stove, microwave, full size fridge/freezer (ice maker), toaster, coffee maker and more. Cook on the range or on the outdoor BBQ and enjoy your own meals with the supplied dishes and pots/pans. The studio comfortably sleeps 2 adults and two small children. 1 queen bed and 1 queen pull out sofa bed. All necessary linens and pillows provided. The bathroom is stocked with pool and shower towels. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The living area offers plenty of seating space and a 45” smart TV. Watch your favourite movies with the complimentary Netflix and high speed Wifi. The large windows offer views of the uninhabited forest where you may see wild life such as deer, bears, owls, coyotes and much more. You will also have access to the laundry room which is shared with the adjacent two bedroom suite. In the laundry room, you will find everything you need to wash/dry and iron your clothes. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with an in-ground heated salt water pool, outdoor shower, plenty of seating and lounge chairs, and propane fire pit. The pool is fully fenced in with a childproof gate. Our house is adjacent to a gated community. No pool access after 9:00pm and no disruptive noise past 10:00pm (as per West Kelowna bylaw). The neighboring community will not tolerate noise past this hour. The BBQ and laundry room are shared with adjacent fully private and separate 2 bedroom vacation rental. This studio has superior sound insulation. If you are looking for a space big enough for 10 people you can rent both the Studio and the two bedroom suite. Modern safety features include: Carbon monoxide/fire alarm with a spectate high efficiency cool/heat unit Free street parking. Flat gravel area available beside driveway for additional parking. Please note: the back yard and pool are shared by the entire house. The laundry and BBQ are shared by both rental suites. Pool available from mid May - September. It’s possible it may be open outside of these months, please verify with us to confirm. Pool also may need to close for maintenance and is not always available. Guest access Guests have access to their suite and the the back yard. Other things to note *we live on the property with our two dogs, Romeo & Juliet and our daughter. *Guests can book both suites, the two bedroom suite (sleeps 6) and the studio suite (sleeps 4) for a total of 10 people.
