We offer several 2 bedroom apartments. All the apartments have the same lay out only the decoration is different. At the pictures you can see which picture belongs to the apartment. The apartments have a nice balcony with comfortable lounge set. Here you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The apartments have a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. In short, the ideal location for a wonderful stay. Guest access You have access to all areas. The apartments are complete private. Other things to note 1. The normal consumption of water (0.5 m3 per day) and electricity (25 Kwh per day) is included. We then assume that the air conditioning is only running during the night. We want to prevent unnecessary consumption. Additional consumption is charged via the deposit. $8,- per m3 is charged for water and $0.40 per kWh for electricity. The local property manager informs you about these meter readings. We kindly ask you to pay a security deposit of $360 in advance via Airbnb. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask. 2. We offer several accommodations. The accommodations are identical but are different in decoration. If you have specific wishes, please indicate this in the request and we will look at which accommodations are still available and which then suits you the most.
