The unique architecture with the large, partly covered terraces creates a good atmosphere! You can quickly get through the garden to the footpath that leads along the sea. Reach the pool in a minute via the outside stairs. The space The apartment has a very large, partly covered terrace of more than 60 square meters, lined with bamboo, oleander, and other plants. From there, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea, the red mountains of Estepona, and occasionally Morocco. The urbanization “Sinfonía del Mar” offers a very quiet and safe environment with a park-like garden, ideal for families or for a relaxing holiday. This truly exceptional apartment is in an excellent location, completely soundproofed, right by the sea, just steps from the first sandy beaches and not far from the pool. All rooms in the apartment face the sea, not the street. The house is well shielded from the street, so you can’t hear any noise. The sound of the sea, the rustling of bamboo, the flowers, the chirping of birds — complete relaxation… The 100 m² apartment consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable, large couch and an inviting dining area. The spacious kitchen is fully functional and equipped with everything a good cook needs. There are two bedrooms with new, comfortable beds and cotton satin bed linen, two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. One room has two single beds, the other room a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has a view of the sea. The entire apartment, as well as the walls of the bathrooms, are finished with high-quality real natural stone. It was freshly renovated and refurbished in June 2024. All rooms have panoramic windows and access to the terrace. The terrace is sheltered from the wind to the west and has no neighbors there, and to the east, it is a pleasant distance from the neighbors and protected from view by the flower-rich Gaura planting on the balustrade. To the south, there is a garden gate; from there, you can go down a staircase through the garden to the sea and one floor up quickly to the pool with deck chairs, a waterfall, and the latest cleaning system. There is a free parking space in an easily accessible underground car park (up a flight of stairs/one floor), as well as parking on the private road directly by the house. In the vicinity of the house, there is a gas station with groceries, basic foodstuffs, and fresh bread. On foot along the sea — though not in the immediate vicinity — you will find some good restaurants and special bathing areas, as well as various beach clubs if you want hustle and bustle. The beaches closer to the house are quieter and more pristine. 🚘 There is a bus stop directly by the house, but a car is highly recommended. Shops can be found in Sabinillas, about a 20-minute walk along the promenade by the sea or 3 minutes by car. The nice, authentic town of Estepona is a 7-minute drive away. In 10 minutes, you can reach the picturesque fishing village of La Duquesa, with its typical fish restaurants and the marina “Puerto de la Duquesa” with many bars, restaurants, and shops. The village of Casares is one of the “white villages” and is picturesquely situated on a hillside. It’s a popular destination. It’s a lovely, but longer, hike from the house. You can also enjoy a very good meal there, but it’s best served at lunch or in the late afternoon. In 15 minutes, you can reach Sotogrande, where my favorite beach is “Bunker Beach,” right next to the nature reserve with a view of Gibraltar and Africa. There is also a harbor that was built a few years ago — an interesting place with many restaurants. Many well-known golf courses can be found in the area. Nearby is the “Finca Cortesin,” known worldwide for offering one of the most unforgettable golf experiences in Europe. The harmonious relationship between the natural Mediterranean landscape and the layout of the world-class 18-hole championship course makes it the most attractive golf course in Spain. At 65 minutes from Málaga and 35 minutes from Gibraltar, the spot is easy to reach by plane, and you can enjoy wonderful experiences by the sea and inland at any time of the year. This is the beloved Costa del Sol! Our pool, with its innovative, sensitive cleaning system, is normally open all year round. However, in the event of a prolonged drought, the province can now order pools to be closed temporarily. Guest access 76/5.000 The entire accommodation and the terrace are for your exclusive use. There is no elevator. There are about 15 steps from the underground car park to our apartment. And there is one flight of stairs from the apartment to the pool or to the sea.
