You walk straight to the beach on the Oosterschelde estuary and when you return, you jump into your own swimming pool where you can enjoy yourself until late into the night. The space There is a beautifully landscaped garden with several terraces, a covered outdoor area where you can dine, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Here you can relax and escape the hustle and bustle for a while. On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open kitchen and a dining area with a cosy fireplace. In the hallway, there is a separate toilet and the downstairs bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and sink. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and sink and there is a separate toilet. Location: top, appearance: top, quality: top. In short, all the ingredients for a wonderful holiday. The pool is in use from mid-April to mid-October. It is heated by a Solar deck, so only when the sun shines. Dogs allowed (max. 2). For the first day, there is some coffee, tea and toilet paper in the welcome bag. For the remaining days, guests should bring it themselves or purchase it. Wood-burning fireplace There is a wood-burning fireplace in the conservatory, which you are welcome to use. The fireplace has a small vent at the front to allow oxygen to enter. Please leave this vent open at the start, otherwise a lot of smoke will be produced. The fireplace can be opened using the black lever on the side to load it with wood. Please empty the ash tray after use. Firewood is not provided as standard; you may bring your own or purchase it from the supermarket. Gas fireplace There is a gas fireplace in the sitting room. Please note: under no circumstances should wood be burned in this fireplace, as this is extremely dangerous! The gas fireplace can be operated using the remote control located on the wall next to the thermostat.
