kindly share some details pf yourself before sending me a booking. 1) Where are you from 2) Any prior experience of airbnb 3) Would you keep & leave my place neat & clean ? 4) Would you put your any leftover in the bin yourself ? 5) check in time & check-out time .. The space 2) Its a 3bhk Flat Its not a very fancy room setup. Its a very simple room decor. So, if you're looking for a fancy setup, kindly don't book it. The Guest room has an attached washroom.. Couples are allowed. Aadhaar ID of all guests are to be given on arrival. Ample space for car parking 3) The living area and the kitchen space is shared. Plz feel free to cook if you want to. The cutlery is available and cooking is allowed. Sometimes I offer homemade food at a reasonable price or sometimes without cost. Looking forward to hosting you Sector 18 metro station is 2 kms away,, e-rickshaw/autos are easily available. 4) I'd like to host only good people, people with good vibes only, and not cunning people with double standards.. Plz understand its not a hotel or guest house. Plz keep your stay as you do at your home 6) Plz note I don't host guests with kids or elderly people. 7) Plz don't ask for any discounts 8) Plz don't carry any valuable items. In no case, I'd be responsible for any damage or loss to your belongings. 9) Power Backup is only for Light & Fan. If there is a power cut, I won't be able to do anything.
