Le JEM, a cozy Scandinavian chalet located in Saint-Côme, less than 10 minutes from Val-Saint-Côme. Enjoy panoramic views thanks to large windows and a bright and comfortable space. Quiet setting, perfect for relaxing or working remotely, with reliable high-speed internet. Ideal outdoor area to unwind. Close to skiing, hiking, and activities in any season. A unique experience… like being above the clouds. The space This superb cottage, built in 2024, was designed and thought out to welcome you. It will seduce you with its 26-foot high pine ceiling, quartz counter, and all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. The chalet offers three bedrooms and two full baths. Two bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a full bathroom with an umbrella shower. The dorm room also offers a second living room with TV, armchairs as well as a work desk. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and bathroom, with a freestanding bath and shower. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a ski stand located in the laundry room, which can also be used as a dryer for laundry. There are five beds that sleep eight people. They're covered with premium cotton sheets and very comfortable duvets. The living room and stunning kitchen come together in a large room, with an impressive ceiling. The set will give you the desire and the opportunity to prepare good meals for families or groups of friends. The kitchen: Fully equipped for your needs, with a fondue stove, a raclette stove, an air-fryer, a Keurig coffee maker, a milk frother and much more. Living Room: There's a 58-inch smart TV connected to a BOSE soundbar for an optimal vibe during your viewing. You will be able to log in to your personal accounts very easily and listen to your favorite shows and movies. We don't have channels or subscriptions to platforms The BOSE SOUND bar is also Bluetooth, you can listen to your favorite music and thus enjoy the atmosphere that the cottage offers. Wi-Fi: Very fast and very reliable, the high-speed internet allows you to work comfortably at the chalet and enjoy your online leisure activities with peace of mind. In the winter, the signal may occasionally be temporarily affected by snow buildup on the antenna. This situation is rare, one-off, and service generally returns to normal quickly. Hot tub: The hot tub is accessible year-round. What could be better than relaxing in a hot tub after a day outdoors. The wood burning fireplace: Located in the living room, it will warm you up on the cold winter nights. Don't forget to bring wood, it is not provided. Automatic generator: The chalet is equipped with an automatic propane-powered generator. In the event of a power outage, it activates automatically to ensure the chalet’s operation and to provide you with the necessary comfort and power without interruption. The outdoor fireplace: Located very close to the cottage, it allows you to make fires practically year round. If there is wood in the wood cabin, you can use it in a reasonable amount. In winter, the space should be cleared of snow, on the other hand, given the weather conditions (lots of snow in Saint-Côme), a shovel will be available to allow you to clear if necessary. Activities: Several activities are offered near the chalet. Alpine skiing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails, montoneiges trails, hikes of all kinds, such as the Bull Falls (cavern), climbing, Mont-Tremblant Regional Park (Assumption sector), mountain biking and much more. You can find a grocery store, SAQ, pharmacy, and several restaurants within 10 minutes of the chalet by car. When you book, we will send you a complete guide to the cottage as well as activities to do nearby. We will always be available to answer any questions you may have, as your comfort is our priority. Guest access The entire chalet is at your disposal, except for a few locked storage cabinets. From November to April, it is recommended to have a vehicle equipped with four-wheel drive as well as good winter tires to get to the chalet. ***We are not responsible for any towing fees or costs incurred.*** Other things to note We have a baby park and a high chair available. All you have to do is inform us and we will prepare them for you. Pets are welcome. We accept a maximum of two animals weighing less than 50 lbs. You will be charged a $50.00 fee per pet. Being located in the forest, the chalet will sometimes have visits from animals such as wild turkeys, deer, moose, deer, small rodents and several insects. Do not feed the animals. Do not touch them.  It is very important to close the doors properly so as not to let them enter the chalet.
