Welcome to our sumptuous Scandinavian cottage. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it's the perfect place for a revitalizing getaway. Relax in our outdoor hot tub while admiring the natural beauty of the surroundings and spend pleasant evenings by the fire, indoors or outdoors around a campfire. We've thought of everything to make your stay perfect, including family amenities and a selection of board games for socializing. The space This brand new construction will seduce you with its clean and warm Scandinavian design. Featuring a premium finish, it has a quartz countertop, a pine ceiling, and many other refined details. Ideal for hosting up to 10 people, it has been designed for special moments with family, friends or as a couple. Plenty of natural light and a friendly atmosphere await you, with a propane fireplace, a games area and a seating area with a view of the mezzanine. *Bedrooms and bathrooms* The 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms offer premium cotton bedding as well as hypoallergenic microfiber duvets for optimal sleep. Two full bathrooms, one with a rain shower and a freestanding bath, add to the comfort. *Kitchen* The fully equipped kitchen includes a raclette grill, a fondue pot, a waffle maker, essentials for children, and much more. For a personalized coffee, the Keurig machine offers filter coffee or individual capsules, accompanied by a creamy milk froth thanks to the milk frother. *Television* The 60-inch smart TV is equipped with a JBL sound system, but we do not offer cable channels or subscriptions to platforms. You can log in to your personal accounts to access your favorite content *WIFI* It operates at a speed of 100 Mbps via satellite, but may occasionally be affected by weather conditions. *Hot tub open year-round* After a day of skiing in Val Saint-Côme (9 minutes away), or snowshoeing and cross-country skiing (5 minutes away), relax in the spa, facing nature, for total recovery. However, spa towels are not provided. *Fireplaces* For the outdoor firepit, wood is provided in a reasonable quantity, as well as paper to make lighting easier. In the event of excessive use, you may be charged an extra fee. Since they tend to disappear easily, it is advisable to bring your own lighter. During the winter season, due to unpredictable weather conditions, access to and operation of the fire pit are not guaranteed. However, a shovel will be available if you wish to clean the area. For the indoor fireplace, please note that its use will be limited between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM from October to April inclusive. *Skiing* A rack that can accommodate up to 10 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards is positioned at the entrance to the chalet, on the exterior. It can be locked using the padlocks used in ski resorts. *Mountain biking* The federated mountain bike trails pass 1 street from the chalet. *Adapted* Although no additional specialized amenities have been added, the cottage remains very well adapted for people with reduced mobility. The grounds are well leveled, allowing easy movement from the front to the back without having to use any steps. In addition, the ground floor includes all common areas, a bedroom and a full bathroom. Please note, however, that the parking lot is located on a raised level compared to the main entrance to the chalet. However, a wheelchair-accessible ramp provides easy access. However, this ramp does not have a handrail. **In the winter season, it is mandatory to come with an all-terrain vehicle or an all-wheel drive vehicle equipped with good winter tires.** * Nearby Essentials* Just 5 minutes away, the village offers all the essential services: Supermarché Tradition, SAQ, Korvette store, the Saint-Côme bakery and the Trécarré microbrewery are at your disposal. *Activities* Saint-Côme offers a variety of activities and discoveries within easy reach, promising a memorable getaway for adventurers as well as those who love to relax. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire cottage and its outdoor spaces, with the exception of a few reserved storage spaces. To help you find it, a large illuminated sign, as shown in the photos, clearly shows both the address and the name of the cottage. Other things to note *Pets allowed under certain conditions* Only one pet will be accepted, for a fee of $75/stay. The rules to be followed will be sent and must be accepted before we confirm the booking. Please provide us with information about your pet (size, breed) at the time of inquiry. As the residence is in the heart of nature, it is possible that small animals or insects enter the building if the doors are left open or settle nearby. We cannot be held responsible for this. *Cot* A baby cot with fitted sheet is available at no extra charge. Please let us know so we can prepare it. In the entrance closet, you'll find 2 additional folding chairs, a high chair, and a booster seat. *Booking information* - In accordance with the requirements of the Municipality of Saint-Côme, a copy of your driver's license or passport will be required. - The person booking must be 25 years of age or older and must be present during the stay. - A $25 fee per guest per night will be added for groups larger than 6 people. - The maximum number of people should not be greater than that stated in the contract except by prior agreement with the owner. Any overage will result in a $150 fee per additional person and immediate eviction of all occupants may be required. *Municipal Regulations: - Outside noise is prohibited between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. - Street parking is prohibited. Parking provides space for 8 vehicles. - It is forbidden for any occupant or rental respondent to launch, on any body of water in the Municipality of Saint-Côme, their boat, rowboat, canoe, kayak, pontoon or any other personal, rented or borrowed watercraft, with the exception of watercraft provided by the landlord. - When renting a tourist residence in the territory of Saint-Côme, it is strictly forbidden to install one or more tents, caravans, tent-trailers and other recreational vehicles on the rented land, or any other nearby land. - It is prohibited for the rental respondent or any occupant to use fireworks, at any time.
