The space Welcome to our perfectly located single family home. This charming residence features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an office. Upstairs you will find 2 cozy bedrooms, one with a king size bed and 55" Roku ready TV. The other has a queen size bed and a 42" Roku ready TV. The third room on the main floor is a nice office space to use for work, or unwind with a good book. Main living room offers a 75" Roku TV, great space to gather for a movie or sport event. The kitchen has everything you need, along with a coffee bar and seating. Downstairs you will find a private bedroom with a king size bed and 55" Roku TV. This room is situated off of the sport room in the basement, with an additional TV, cozy chairs, and couch. There is an additional full size bathroom, boasting a beautiful walk-in shower. Full washer and dryer to use as needed (soap/fabric softener provided by host), along with a kitchenette and large dining room table. Lots of board games, a dartboard, and a 2 player sit down arcade style game with over 700 game options like Pac-man and donkey kong. As you make your way into the breezeway, there is some patio furniture on your way outside to the fully fenced in grassy backyard, with Weber grill for BBQ. 6 person Hot Tub with tall privacy fence, and string lighting for ambiace. We also have cornhole and yardzee for lawn games, or indoor the breezway if its rainy or cold outsite. Guest access Guests will be provided an individual passcode for entry to the home.
