Situated right on Little Doe Lake in Katrine, our cozy cabins boast a beautiful interior, serene nature views, and a private beach with kayaks! Our resort has the most amazing sunset view! It is conveniently (and amazingly) located around several key amenities (convenience store with lcbo and ice cream, Tim Hortons, Petro Canada, Subway, LCBO, Yeti’s Pizza, , cannabis and a Valu-mart). Our little resort is a must-visit and extremely stress-free for those who need to get away from city life. The space -Private huge deck - relax in style! -Full kitchen (stove/oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, Fridge) -Basic amenities (Pots, pans, utensils, cutlery) -TV and DVD player (feel free to bring a laptop with preloaded media and connect to HDMI) -Charcoal BBQ (Charcol not provided, may have some on-site) -Parking a few meters away -Access to a private beach, kayaks, A large canoe, fire pit, picnic tables, docks -Great for fishing! (Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Perch, Whitefish -Minutes away from the Katrine General Store and 7 minutes away from the Katrine business Sector and Burks Falls (Petro Canada, Subway, Tim Hortons, Grocery Store, Yetti's Pizza, Green Apple Cannabis, LCBO) - A great private location where you can have your own space, close to the Doe Lake Municipal Park where you can unwind and relax. -Great morning views! :) -Easily accessible right off the highway Guest access Guests have access to their cabin, balcony with a BBQ, and our private beach. The beach has picnic tables, Muskoka chairs, kayaks for use, and a firepit for toasty nighttime fires. Our location is a quiet little area and can be enjoyed by spending time near the water. Lots of amenities are close by making the stay an easy and enjoyable stay. Ease the stress by having many luxuries around the corner, like a Tim Hortons, a Gas station, and an LCBO. The Katrine General Store is just up the street and is great for ice cream during the summer! Other things to note Things to make life easier: - Price is based per person after 4 people (no visitors unless requested, visitor pays 1/2 the guest price) -Only paid guests on the property -Bring your own blankets and duvets (bed sheets, pillow + pillow cases provided) -Bring your own towels (hand and face towels provided supplied) -Kayaks, floaties, kids toys are yours to use just treat them like your own -There is no cable or wifi - you can watch dvds or connect to tv by hdmi -Wifi is available closer to the private beach -I have DVDs to borrow -I have games you can borrow - Firewood is 8$ a bag, 2 for 15$. I can usually provide some as well :) -Garbage must be organized into cardboard, recycling and waste in clear bags (charges may occur) -Tim Hortons, convenience store/lcbo, Petro Canada Valu mart, subway, cannabis, ice cream, pizza 10 mins away - game changer and extremely convenient for those lazy mornings or to start the day with a peaceful and scenic drive. Burks falls is an amazing little city with everything you need while being peaceful and quiet. Bring LESS and stock up at Huntsville during your trip. There are so many stores there!!
