The Deposit Seed House is located in the small hamlet of Deposit NY. This river front community, with easy access to Rt. 17, is well known for its World Class Fly Fishing & Hunting. This 3-story cement block building, built in 1915, by J.J. Bell, to house his seed distribution business - The Deposit Seed Company was converted into residential usage in 1969. This is an architecturally pleasing & unique building in Deposit, which is quite different than your average Airbnb rental. The space This building has a 15' wide driveway on each side, with large rear parking lot & access to adjoining street. This suite has just undergone a complete renovation, from demolition to apartment furnishings. The original wood floors have been sanded & refinished, adding an old aged charm, to each room. Each room is fully furnished and ready to occupy with many framed prints & pictures throughout. There are ceiling fans in each room, along with LED lighting throughout the entire unit. Each room has its own 5' closet, outfitted with sturdy shelves & closet poles. The hallway & living room offer similar closets, as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, spices, cookware, coffee maker, toaster oven, etc, for your usage. The bathroom has adequate towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, medicinal items, etc, including a blue tooth speaker ceiling fan. Guest access Guests shall be able to access their individual Suite, main hallways, rear parking lot, with front & rear building access.
