Edgewater Escape MB is a Lake Manitoba vacation cottage rental cabin with private waterfront in a quiet bayside cottage development near The Narrows, only 2 hours from Winnipeg. 2022 season- May, June, Sept and Oct -minimum 2 night stay, long weekends 3 night minimum; July and Aug- 6 night min stay check in Friday check out Thurs. NOTE: The use of the cabin is limited to a maximum of 10 guests and does not include additional visitors, tenting or camping. The space The lake is right in front of the cottage and is perfect for enjoying the water- no algae, no leaches. The lake area in front of the cottage is shallow for a ways out so good for kids or floating. The lake is deeper further out for water sports or boating. The cottage has an amazing lakeside furnished screened room for enjoying the lake views. This 3 bedroom one bath cottage comes with all amenities including TV, satellite, gaming systems, electric fireplace, bedding, towels, cooking appliances, dishes, patio dining table, bbq with propane, lounging deck, outside shower, beach chairs and a fire pit . The cottage is heated and has air conditioning. Great fishing in the marina or at the Narrows just 5 kms away. Guest access The entire cottage, with three decks and a screened sunroom, is yours to enjoy. There is waterfront access within steps at the front of lot. A boat launch and use of dock in the private marina is included. Other things to note The cottage is close to a waterfowl reserve area. A hotel with lounge, grocery/liquor store and restaurant is 5 kms away. Town of Ashern is 25 minutes away and has all the usual small town amenities. Throughout the season there are events in the area such as fishing derbies, rodeos and pow wows.
