2 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a luxury residence, waterfront & facing the sea with: A fully equipped kitchen A seating area with a sofa bed Two modular bedrooms Bathroom with walk-in shower A separate toilet Two furnished terraces with electric barbecue A private, gated garage and outdoor parking space Admire an executive view of the Gulf of Saint-Florent and its sumptuous sunsets from our apartment. The space Our rooms are modular. You have the option to request a queen size bed configuration or 2 single beds for each of the bedrooms. We would like to inform you that without feedback from you no later than 72 hours before your arrival, the accommodation will be set up with 2 double beds. If the provision of the sofa bed is provided for your stay (over 4 people and for a maximum of 6 occupants), we inform you that this bed is not modular. This one is a fixed double bed in 140 cm x 200 cm. The cleaning fee is already included in the booked service. In order to facilitate the checkout procedure, we still ask our guests to empty the garbage and do the dishes before checkout. A security deposit of €500 will be collected upon arrival (bank imprint or check). The latter will be returned within 7 days maximum after checkout. Linens and towels are provided in the accommodation for the entire duration of the rental. The apartment is equipped with high speed wifi. No pets allowed. This accommodation is non-smoking. No parties/events allowed Guests should avoid making noise between 21:00 and 11:00. Other things to note If the customer does not show up at the property, or for any interruption of stay after check-in, the customer will be charged the total amount of their reservation (100% of the amount of the tourist tax and excluding cleaning fees).
