The space Our rooms are modular. You have the option to request a double bed (queen size bed) or 2 single beds for each of the bedrooms. Please note that if we don't hear back from you at least 72 hours before your arrival, the accommodation will be configured with 2 double beds. If the provision of the sofa bed is planned for your stay (beyond 4 people and for a maximum of 6 occupants), we inform you that this bed is not modular. This is a fixed double bed in 140 cm x 200 cm. Housekeeping fees are already included in the booked service. To facilitate the checkout procedure, we still ask our customers to empty the garbage and do the dishes before checkout. A security deposit of €500 will be collected upon arrival (bank imprint or check). The latter will be returned within 7 days maximum after check-out. Linens and towels are provided in the accommodation for the duration of the rental. The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. No pets allowed in the accommodation This accommodation is non-smoking. Parties and other events are not permitted. Guests must avoid making noise between 9 p.m. and 11 a.m. Other things to note If the customer does not show up at the establishment, or for any interruption of stay after check-in, the customer will be charged the total amount of their reservation (100% of the amount excluding tourist tax and cleaning fees). In the municipality of Saint-Florent, the tourist tax is €0.60 per person per day. The latter will be collected at check-in
