Beautifully renovated, secluded cottage nestled in a 6 acre pine grove, just steps away from gorgeous views of Keuka lake. Property is minutes away from popular Keuka lake wineries including Weis, Ravines, Domaine LeSeurre and Living Roots. Perfectly located just outside of Hammondsport, minutes from the beach, and a short drive from the many attractions in Penn Yan and Watkins Glenn. We recommend no more than 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children due to the small size and well water output. The space Cottage offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen with all of the amenities of home including child and pet friendly necessities. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a local bottle of Pinot on the sprawling private deck. Or put your feet up in the comfortable living room enjoying some music and views of nature through the large picture window. Perfect destination for the whole family. Enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life and constant stream of technology, or enjoy the nostalgia of listening to a record in the living room or watching a DVD on the small TV in the primary bedroom. Guest access You get access to the whole property. Other things to note For your consideration: This 1970s modular home which comes with all of the quirks and charm you would except from such a structure. Despite being less than 1 mile from the closest winery this property is off the grid, as such there is very limited cell phone service on the grounds and no signal within the cottage, with the exception of T Mobile. There is a well and septic system. We ask guests to be conservative with water usage as supply is subject to the whims of Mother Nature. There may be a slight smell to the water however filters are installed on the shower and kitchen faucet and drinking water is provided. Nothing beyond human waste and septic safe toilet paper should be flushed down the drains. You may see deer, squirrels and other wildlife wandering around the grounds, so please be sure not to leave any food or trash outside overnight. Firewood is available.
