Stone house 15 minutes from the beaches of Menton

Located on a 2000 m 2 plot, this stone house has been tastefully renovated. It combines authentic charm and quality materials. Exposed stones and wood blend harmoniously inside, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. A unique setting for a relaxed experience, just 15 minutes from the city center of Menton and the beaches, 25 minutes from Monaco, 20 minutes from Italy. You can easily reach trails for mountain walks or cycling. The space On the ground floor, the main room welcomes you with a living/dining room (with a comfortable sofa bed), coffee table, a large screen TV, PS4, Netflix. A modern, equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area, will be on your right. To the left of the staircase, a first bedroom with a double bed and storage. A spiral staircase leads upstairs where you will find a separate toilet, a small attic room, which serves as a 2nd bedroom, with an extra sofa bed and a desk. This room can be used as an annex to the master bedroom. You will also have access to the master bedroom, which has a double bed (with LED), storage, cupboards, and a dresser. The room is equipped with a large flat screen TV with Apple TV where you can access Netflix. This room is adjacent to a spacious bathroom, very pleasant and bright, which consists of a cabinet with sink, shower, bathtub and a second toilet. This room also opens to the outside. Two entrances are possible in the house, either by the floor or by the bottom main entrance. The house is equipped with an alarm. Guest access Access to the house is via a private, concrete and steep path, about 250 m long and 3 m wide. Other things to note Things to know: the 3rd bedroom will be available from May 2025 (no photos at this time). Note that the spiral staircase that leads to the floor of the house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or young children. Located about 400 m as the crow flies from the entrance to the Menton highway, the viaduct is visible from the outside and a background noise is noticeable (only open windows when you are in the house). Vehicle mandatory or very strongly recommended, there are only a few buses that pass every day to Menton city center and to Sainte-Agnès.
