Please note that the thermostat works on a "Chill Water System". The system reverts back and forth from heat to cooling depending on the outside weather. The heat comes on when it is 58 deg. F outside. If you do not wish to have heat, please turn it off. The cool comes on when the outside temperature is above 58 deg. F. If you do not wish to have cool air, turn off the system at the thermostat located in the hall or living room.
