The space Our cosy and warm Glamping Pod is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Somerset Glamping combines rustic charm with contemporary sophistication. The exterior boasts a striking design that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings, while the interior has a mix of modern and traditional features perfectly coupled to make your stay cosy in winter (electric heating) and spacious in summer. The large field where the pods are housed is bookended by two small woodlands, home to various wildlife including a family of wild deer often seen just meters from the pods and in full view from the bed and hot tub. Along with owls, woodpeckers, hares, and plenty more. Step inside to discover a sanctuary of indulgence. The spacious living area is adorned with plush furnishings, inviting you to unwind in style. Large windows and doors to the front flood the space with natural light, offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside even while tucked up in bed. A fully-equipped kitchenette (two ring hob, microwave, fridge and sink - no oven) allows for meals to be prepared with ease, while a modern bathroom en-suite ensures convenience and privacy. For added comfort, heating allows optimal temperatures year-round, allowing guests to enjoy the great outdoors in any season. Outside, a private deck provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining or simply basking in the tranquillity of nature. The pod is enclosed by high fences on three sides to provide a private and intimate space, while allowing scenic views from the one open side. Mary's Pod is adults only and can accommodate two adults in a double bed. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a pet friendly service at this time. The location of Somerset Glamping is one of its best features, with beautiful countryside views and yet easily accessed from both Junction 19 and Junction 20 of the M5. It is set just off a single track country road (suitable for all cars) and has its own off-road parking spot for one car. Guest access Guests will be sent the postcode 24 hours before check in date. The parking location is clearly marked and the key will be waiting in the lock box. Guest access Each of our luxury glamping pods is designed to be a private retreat with high fences. Please do not stray outside of the fences as the field is part of a working farm. We ask all visitors to stay on our golden pathways and not venture onto the grass in wet conditions. Please park one car next to the sign for the pod name you are allocated. Additional parking for one extra car can be used to the right of the allocated parking spaces.
