This vacation rental offers a spacious backyard with outdoor dining, a smart TV, BBQ, fire pit, hammock, and loungers. Inside, you'll find open living spaces, a modern kitchen, three refreshing bedrooms, and spa-like bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 8 guests), per city regulations. Other things to note 50 AMP 125/250V 14-50R Electric Car Charging Available: We have a charger in the garage for your convenience. You can see a photo of the charger in the additional photos section. Remember to bring your own vehicle's charging cord if you wish to use our charger during your stay. Family friendly: Being parents of young kids ourselves, we know how hard traveling can be sometimes, we have really tried our best to accommodate young families. We have a pack & play and crib sheets available. A high chair, kids bowls, plates cups and eating utensils. Books, games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you! Pool Heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Please note: our pool cleaner comes only on Tuesday & Fridays. He will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay. Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool. Notice About Guest Requirements for Palm Springs Properties: Please be aware that under the regulations of the City of Palm Springs — including Ordinance No. 2075 — all guests are required to sign a “Rules & Regulations” document prior to arrival. In addition, we must obtain a valid driver’s license from at least one guest for identification purposes. We understand this may feel intrusive, and it’s not a requirement we personally enjoy or prefer. However, compliance is mandatory under city law. If we fail to enforce these requirements, the City of Palm Springs has the authority to suspend our rental permit.
