Guests would enjoy our home because the location is peacefully located just 15 minutes outside Cuenca. We are particularly well suited for travelers that desire to continue their yoga practice, martial arts, and workouts while staying with us. Our patio space is perfect for crafting, painting, reading, and relaxation. The best aspects of our listing are the amenities: washer/dryer, kitchen, gym, patio, theater room, massage room, and free parking. The space Your personal space includes a double bed with all its comforts. Full private bathroom. Closet space with hangers. Private patio access, and your own personal workspace. Guest access Guests, upon coordinating with the host, can use the laundry facility and kitchen. The gym, theater room, and patio areas, and parking are shared spaces, but free for you to enjoy! We also have special meals we can prepare for birthday celebrations, honeymoon, anniversary, and other special events. These events must be coordinated, and prices communicated prior to arrival. In addition we have a massage therapy room, and a massage therapist that can be scheduled prior to your arrival. She charges $30 for an hour massage. During your stay We want our guests to feel comfortable and welcome. Our desire is to respect their privacy; allow them the ability to create the vacation they desire, and to assist where needed. Other things to note We have a cat named Jorah, 3 large dogs- Juliet, Onyx, and Yara, and 1 small Yorkie, named Coco, on site. They are a part of our family. They are friendly and love to be introduced to all our guests. They are inside pets that love our spacious yard, as we believe you will too! Please keep in mind that we are located 15-20 minutes outside of Cuenca. If you rent a car, we have free parking available. A taxi to the center of town will cost 5-7 dollars per trip.
