Small and cozy

Small apartment with combined living room and kitchen + bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedroom and small balcony with table for guest use. Family atmosphere, located 600 meters from Canasvieiras beach. There's a mini-market 400 meters from where we are. Quiet place, ideal for a couple. We live in a house on the floor above the apartment. We are available if you need us, but we like to make our guests feel at ease, maintaining their privacy. Other things to note The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 people, considering adults and children (sleeping space, items for use, water, energy and sewage are sized for this) and we ask for respect for this capacity.
