REGISTRATION Art. 1 - According to the Normative Instruction of the Ministry of Tourism (EMBRATUR), it is mandatory when a guest checks in to complete the FNRH (National Guest Registration Form) as well as present a valid original photo ID; Art. 2 - If there is a Child and/or Adolescent, a valid original document of the Child and another document proving the authority of the accompanying Adult (birth certificate, RG or travel authorization term) must be presented; ACCOMMODATION Art. 3 - The accommodation has a maximum duration of 22 hours, starting from 2 p.m. and ending, without fail, at 12 p.m. the following day. After this period, an additional amount will be charged; Art. 4 - If you arrive before 12 p.m. and depart after 12 p.m., please notify the reception in advance to check for availability; Art. 5 - If you exceed the check-out limit (12 p.m.), half (50%) of the contracted accommodation fee will be charged, until 3 p.m.; and if you exceed this time, the amount charged will be one night's stay; DELIVERY OF KEYS Art. 6 - When you leave the Inn, TAKE THE KEY to the apartment, only return it at the time of checkout. Art. 7 - When you leave (check-out), hand over the key at the reception, the remote control of the air conditioning and also the plug adapter, if you needed it. Sole paragraph - If you forget to return or deliver the key and/or air-conditioning control, unfortunately it will result in the charge of half the value of the accommodation in the contracted category for the cost of the control or the key and locksmith; for the socket adapter, the amount of R$ 10.00 will be charged; APARTMENT CONSERVATION Art. 8 - Upon departure (check-out), the apartment will be inspected. If the apartment is excessively dirty (stains, grease, blood, paint, mud, etc.), we will require more time and products to clean it, resulting in an extra expense to sanitize and clean it, in the same conditions you found it when entering the apartment. For this, a fine of half the value of the accommodation will be charged in the value of the table. If there is damage or loss of objects, the expenses will be added, as well as the value of the damage caused or the lost object; Article 9 - If you are going to stay alone in apartments equipped with a double bed and a single bed, or two single beds; if a couple or a person is staying and uses and/or soils both beds, the contracted accommodation corresponding to the use or triple or double apartment will be charged; RESERVATIONS Article 10 - All reservations are preferably confirmed by email. Your reservation will be guaranteed until 4 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival (check-in). After this time, it will be automatically canceled. § 1 - If the guest does not check in, without first canceling the reservation by 4 p.m., 50% of the contracted accommodation fee will be charged, via bank payment slip, canceling the remaining days of the reservation, if applicable. § 2 - We do not charge advance fees to guarantee a reservation. COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP Art. 10 - The contracts for accommodation and lodging reservations must always be substantiated by written documents, consisting of: I - in the case of accommodation reservations: exchange of correspondence (including via fax and Internet) between those responsible for the lodging, or their agents, and the guest, or contracting tourism agent; II - in the case of the lodging contract itself, upon delivery by the establishment, during the guest's registration (check-in), of the National Guest Registration Form - FNRH, in a model approved by EMBRATUR, for completion, signature and return by the guest. Art. 11 - Payment may be made in national currency, debit and credit card, bank deposit or bank payment slip (when invoiced to a legal entity). Art. 12 - The service provision offered refers to the accommodation, for temporary use by the guest, in Housing Units (UH) specific to this purpose and other minimum services necessary for the guest. § 1 - The service provision has a direct relationship with the guest and with the company responsible for settling the expenses arising from the contracting of the accommodation service. Sole paragraph - The guest and the company to which the guest comes at his service shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment and discharge of the service provided, in which case, if necessary, duplicates may be issued with notice of protest to one or the other, as both are jointly and severally liable for the contracted services. CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS Art. 13 - A child up to 2 years of age staying in the same apartment as their parents or guardian is free of charge. Two or more children will be charged an additional amount; Art. 14 - The provision of beds for children up to 2 years of age, when complimentary, will be granted upon availability; Art. 15 - The accommodation of minors under the age of eighteen can only be effected upon presentation of documentation or express authorization of parents or guardians, subject to penalties of Law no. 8.069, of 07.13.1990 (Statute of Children and Adolescents); Art. 16 - Children must sleep with disposable diapers or their own disposable mattress protectors brought by the parents, to avoid damage to the mattresses, bed linen and/or bath linens in the apartments; Art. 17 - If the child occupies an adult bed and “soils” the mattress, by sleeping without proper clothing (diaper), or without proper protection, or for any other reason, the cost of cleaning and sanitizing the mattress will be charged, in the amount of half the accommodation in the contracted category. ACCOMMODATION PRICES, FEES AND EXTRA OBJECTS. Art. 18 - Our price is established according to the period of use, the category and the number of occupants in our apartments; Art. 19 - To remain in the inn area after the end of the contracted period, inquire at the reception about the availability and amounts corresponding to the period; Art. 20 - The management will retain the luggage of the guest who does not settle their outstanding bills or exceeds their check-out by more than one hour (Art. 1.467, §1, of the Brazilian Civil Code); Art. 21 - One set of towels (bath/face) is available per guest; Art. 22 - A separate bath towel will be charged separately; Art. 23 - We do not charge service fees. BREAKFAST Art. 24 - We do not serve breakfast. RESPONSIBILITY FOR VALUABLES AND PERSONAL OBJECTS Art. 25 - We are not responsible for objects or belongings left in common areas of the inn or for valuables or money left in the apartment; Art. 26 - Guests are requested to close their luggage when leaving the apartment; Art. 27 - The Inn does not offer a safe; Art. 28 - In the absence of the guest, the apartment must remain locked. While the key remains with the guest, it is the guest's full responsibility, including its replacement in case of loss; PARKING Art. 29 - Parking is complimentary for one car, or one motorcycle, or one small truck/van, per apartment. It is open, internal and free, not covered by insurance; Art. 30 - The guest is kindly requested to keep their vehicle closed and locked, not leaving objects or valuables inside the vehicles in the parking lot, thus avoiding damage, theft and robbery, as well as future annoyances; Art. 31 - Any type of damage to the vehicle, such as break-in, fire, acts of vandalism practiced by third parties will be reported to the police for possible investigation; Art. 32 - Sudden acceleration, loud noises or any other disturbance that may disturb the silence and tranquility are not allowed, under penalty of a fine of half the contracted accommodation. ROOM CLEANING: Art. 33 - The apartment will be cleaned and tidied up only at checkout; Art. 34 - When occupying the apartment continuously, the bed linen will be changed every three or four days, or as needed. In order to change the set of towels (bath and face), it must be placed on the bathroom floor, but we ask the guest to understand and kindly reuse them as many times as they deem appropriate, before putting them for washing and cleaning, in an ecological attitude in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment. We do not make up the rooms or change towels on the day of departure (check-out). If necessary, this service can be contracted separately, directly at the reception; Art. 35 - Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, bedspreads, face or bath towels and bath mats), used to clean shoes, hair dyes, makeup or other purposes that damage the piece, or increase the normal dirtiness of its use (shoe marks, blood, among others), the value of the piece that is used/damaged will be charged, or the amount corresponding to the sanitation and cleaning; Art. 36 - To maintain the quality of bed and bath linens, as well as furniture and equipment, we need to charge guests when they are damaged or excessively dirty; Art. 37 - The utmost care is requested with the objects, bed/bath linen, furniture and utensils owned by the Inn, which are intended for the guests to provide them with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, missing items or loss will be charged to the guest's account; Art. 38 - Bath/bed linen that is not found in the apartment during cleaning or check-out will be charged to the guest's account; Art. 39 - Materials borrowed from any sector of the Inn must be delivered to the reception. Failure to return them by the date of your departure will result in a charge for their value. VISITS Art. 40 - To avoid embarrassment, inform the reception of the arrival of a visitor. Art. 41 - The visitor must identify himself/herself at the reception and fill out the FNRH for registration, as determined in art. 1. Art. 42 - The visitor may remain in the apartment no longer than 12:15 a.m. Art. 43 - Once the limit is exceeded, the apartment's accommodation will be charged in the double or triple category, as the case may be, as it is understood that the visitor is hosted. FORGOTTEN OBJECTS Art. 44 - Forgotten objects will be kept for a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the check-out date. After the deadline, the Inn may dispose of them as it sees fit. PROHIBITIONS Art. 45 - It is expressly forbidden: I - SMOKING inside the inn's internal facilities (apartments, bathrooms, rooms, etc.) State Law No. 13.541 of May 7, 2009. II - Use sound equipment in the common areas of the inn and parking lot. Please respect the other guests by keeping quiet, especially between 8 p.m. and 10 a.m.; III - Excessively revving your car, causing disturbance of the peace and smoke. IV - Hang clothes/towels on the balconies/windows of the apartments, throw objects out the window, on the floor of the corridors and parking lot or in the sanitary facilities; V - Throwing trash on the floor, cigarette butts, etc. Be polite, keep the common area clean; VI - Use electric irons, stoves, lighters, portable stoves and other similar equipment in the Inn. If this occurs, the object will be confiscated and returned on the day of check-out; VII - Entering sectors restricted to employees (laundry, kitchen, warehouse, etc.); VIII - Taking towels from the apartments for any activity outside the Inn; IX - Using bed/bath linen to clean shoes, hair dyes, makeup or other purposes that damage the piece (the value of the piece that is used/damaged for these purposes will be charged); X - Walking around the inn in smaller attire, sleepwear or shirtless; XI - Carrying or using materials that may pose a risk to oneself or a third party; WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY (check-in made) Art. 46 - The withdrawal of accommodation already made (check-in) at the inn, as well as early departure for any reason, including due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit in new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or amounts paid. FOR YOUR PET Art. 47 - Small and medium-sized pets are welcome in our inn, as long as they are gentle and do not pose a risk to other guests and are always accompanied by their owner; Art. 48 - The pet's stay will be charged; Art. 49 - They can always walk with a leash in the common areas or outside the inn; Art. 50 - The use of a hygienic mat for odor control is mandatory and the guest-owner must bring bags for the collection of their pet's waste; Art. 51 - The Guest-owner must preserve the silence of their pet, as there are neighboring guests; Art. 52 - Your pet will not be able to climb on armchairs, beds, chairs and hammocks, nor can they gnaw, bite or scratch doors, furniture and rugs. If any damage occurs, the guest-owner will bear the compensation for the damage caused; Art. 53 - The guest-owner may not use the inn's equipment for their pet, such as towels, sheets, blankets, plates, glasses, etc; Art. 54 - Any damage caused by the pet to the inn's furniture will be charged to the guest-owner as compensation; Art. 55 - In the event that any of these rules are not complied with, unfortunately, the guest-owner of the pet must leave the inn. GENERAL PROVISIONS Art. 56 - The Inn is exempt from liability arising from services of the customer's free choice, such as tours, transfers, laundry service, meals and the like; I - we do not offer laundry services; Art. 57- Urbanity, peace, hygiene, silence (after 8 p.m.) and good conduct must be maintained. Failure to comply will result in a fine of a contracted accommodation and compulsory departure, without prejudice to the contract value; Art. 58 - The change of apartment (upgrade) is sometimes possible, other times not, depending on the occupation of the hotel at the time of the request. The impossibility of an upgrade does not generate any type of indemnity to the guest; Art. 59 - The jurisdiction of the District of Florianópolis/SC is irrevocably elected to settle any dispute; Art. 176 of the Penal Code - Taking a meal in a restaurant, staying in a hotel (...) without having the resources to make the payment. Penalty - detention, from 15 (fifteen) days to 2 (two) months, or a fine. Art. 1.467 of the Civil Code - The following are creditors, regardless of convention: I - hosts, or suppliers of lodging or food, on the luggage, furniture, jewelry or money that their consumers or customers have with them in their homes or establishments, for the expenses or consumption they have made there;
