The space Villa Natali - tHE Italian Dream is spread across 2 levels: GROUND FLOOR From the porch you can directly access the large and cozy room with fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, a glass door leads to the Turkish bath with chromotherapy. Proceeding towards the hallway is the sauna with chromotherapy and a bathroom with shower. The room is equipped with fans and air conditioning with a portable mobile air conditioner FIRST FLOOR A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a second living area with a fully equipped open kitchen and a TV corner with two comfortable sofa beds (measuring 130x180cm). In the sleeping area there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a canopy bed and en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms with a large terrace of 60 square meters, a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with fans and air conditioning with portable mobile air conditioners. The villa is surrounded by five hectares of greenery with vast expanses of vineyards and olive groves. Here, for decades, fine wines and high-quality olive oil have been produced with passion. SWIMMING POOL The crystal clear pool is the focal point of the experience, inviting you to cool off in its turquoise waters, while admiring the panoramic view of the surrounding Italian countryside. And after a refreshing swim, you can relax in the spa to forget about everyday stress. PLEASE NOTE: - Pets CANNOT dive into the pool and cannot go up to the 1st floor to avoid damage to the parquet. - The cooling of the rooms is guaranteed by portable air conditioners. For proper use, it is necessary to keep the windows ajar, so as to allow the passage of the exhaust pipe to the outside. - Wi-Fi is available and generally stable inside the villa. However, since this is a hilly area not reached by fiber optics, the browsing speed is not comparable to that of large cities and, on some occasions, slight signal drops may occur, especially in outdoor spaces.
