Aria's sleeping arrangements consist of 4 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in a modern self-contained studio. Main House configuration Bedroom #1: King bed with ensuite (Bathroom #1) Bedroom #2: King bed (can be split into singles) with powder room ("Half-Bathroom") Bedroom #3: Queen bed Bedroom #4: King bed (can be split into singles) Studio configuration Bedroom #5: Double bed with ensuite (Bathroom #3) Note: Bathroom #2 is in the main house and accessible to all persons. There are also 2 external showers, both with hot & cold water. The main house contains an open-space living area with lounges and banquettes, well-appointed kitchen, separate butler's pantry with 2nd fridge & more appliances, internal dining and media room equipped with 5.1 surround sound and large smart TV. The open-plan living area includes a dining table with seating for 10, banquettes and lounges and a slow-combustion Jetmaster wood heater. An additional TV area adjoins Bedroom #3, and is a perfect place for children to enjoy time with parents, or as an additional place to watch a favourite movie. The large north west-facing deck is the go-to place for outside living, gorgeous sunsets, outdoor dining, lounges and a relaxing day-bed. A large Weber BBQ completes the outdoor deck space. The studio includes a self-contained kitchenette and its own dining table. High-speed WiFi Internet (200/20) is accessible throughout the entire house, studio and pool areas. The Balinese hut is a wonderfully private place to practice yoga or just chill-out on the sun-beds. The large, private 13m pool is surrounded by sun-beds to relax on and while the day away. Shade umbrellas are available on the pool deck too.
