Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 6. King Bed plus 2 sets of bunks. Bedroom 3 - Sleeps 4. Private entrance separate from the main house. This studio has its own washer dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchenette with full-size fridge. (Please Note: Bedroom 3 is only accessible via a flight of outdoor stairs. See pics.) Each Bedroom has a smart tv. 2-Car Garage - Space available for 1 car to park in garage that is a full-size car or small SUV. Larger SUVs will not fit due to stairs leading to home. The driveway can fit up to 3 cars side by side, 3 deep, so up to 9 cars in the main driveway, plus 1 in the garage. The property also has additional parking to the right of the mailbox for 2 small cars or 1 large car. Ample space for a boat as well. Guest access Entire Home and Yard/Pool. Other things to note Please note, although welcomed, our home is not designed for small children. There are no childproof features on the property itself or by the pool and spa areas. We ask guests to consider this before booking with small children. Pets: We will allow up to 2 dogs for $175 stay fee to be applied at booking. No other pets are allowed.
