If you do not send us these documents by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be able to stay at the hotel. 【Penalties】 The following rules are not meant to make guests feel uncomfortable, but simply to help everyone enjoy a clean, safe, and peaceful stay. Fortunately, we have never had to request any of these additional fees from past guests. We warmly welcome respectful guests and will do our best to help you feel relaxed and comfortable during your stay. (1) The keys inside the key box are secured with a cord to prevent loss. Please do not remove the cord when using the keys. If the cord is removed and the key is lost, a replacement fee of 20,000 yen (to cover the door lock change) will be charged. (2) For any damage to equipment in the room, we will charge the equivalent cost of a new item as reimbursement. (3) If you smoke cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes) in the room, we will charge you 30,000 yen as deodorant fee. Smoking in front of the entrance is also prohibited. (4) If you dye your hair in the bathroom and make the bath dirty, you will be charged 20,000 yen to restore the bath to its original condition.
