Other things to note Check-in : After 4:00 p.m. Check-out : 10:00 pm ○Free parking is available for one car. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it, and we will let you know if there is a parking lot nearby for the second car or later. ○ maximum 8 people can be accommodated, but we recommend that no more than 6 people use the room. ○Please take off your shoes at the entrance. (Please wear slippers or socks indoors.) (Please remove your slippers in the tatami rooms.) ○Since we are located in a quiet residential area, parties, loud voices, and loud music are not allowed. In case of violation, you will be asked to leave. ○The layout and accessories of the rooms may change from the pictures. ○Each person is provided with one bath towel and one face towel. ○Please do not use the sheets, towels, shampoo, etc. stored in the closet without permission as they are the property of the facility. ○For stays longer than one week, please note that we will visit approximately once a week for garbage collection and sheet replacement. ◯Refunds will not be issued for subjective reasons such as odor or perceived cleanliness. ○Our support hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Japan time). Please note that messages sent outside of these hours may receive a delayed response or be answered the following day. If the damage is malicious, we will charge you the actual cost of replacing the room. ○Please read the house rules in your room. 【Please read them carefully】 In accordance with Japan's Ryokan Business Law, we request that you submit the personal information of all guests and a copy of each guest's passport (not required if you are a Japanese citizen and reside in Japan). If you do not send us these documents by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be able to stay at the hotel. 【Penalties】 (1) The keys inside the key box are secured with a cord to prevent loss. Please do not remove the cord when using the keys. If the cord is removed and the key is lost, a replacement fee of 20,000 yen (to cover the door lock change) will be charged. (2) For any damage to equipment in the room, we will charge the equivalent cost of a new item as reimbursement. (3) If you smoke cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes) in the room, we will charge you 30,000 yen as deodorant fee. Smoking in front of the entrance is also prohibited. 4) If you dye your hair in the bathroom and make the bath dirty, you will be charged 20,000 yen to restore the bath to its original condition. 5) If you take towels, appliances, books, or other furnishings home with you, we will charge you the actual cost.
