Surrounding Area The house is set in spacious and private grounds, yet within a five-minute walk, you can reach a sports center and a reliable, regular bus service to San Antonio and beyond. A 15-minute walk brings you to the Mercadona supermarket and the start of San Antonio town, offering all the amenities you could wish for. Several beaches are nearby, including two of the island's most prestigious—Cala Salada and Cala Gracio. You are also spoiled for choice in terms of eateries, with numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants in San Antonio. Additionally, Sa Capella is only a 10-minute walk away, Hostal La Torre is a short drive, and the highly rated El Chiringuito is on Cala Gracioneta beach. The villa is ideal for a peaceful and private retreat while being close to amenities when needed. For nature lovers, walkers, and cyclists, this is a perfect base to explore the island's countryside, with several trails and walks on your doorstep.
