The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave for delicious meals. There are three bedrooms. Two of them have queen beds, while the third has a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There is ample storage space, and a crib and highchair are available for guests travelling with a baby. The 3.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house features a lovely garden perfect for simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The property boasts a historic grocery store, enhancing its charm and character. While not open to the public, a member of the owner's team can arrange a visit to the unique space. Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
