Newly renovated charming cottage for 8 people with stunning views of the Drôme hills, 3 km from the center of Dieulefit, the municipal swimming pool and all shops, quiet without being isolated but in the heart of lush nature. The large garden, patio and terrace shaded by the laurel allow everyone to isolate themselves for a nap or meet for a game or aperitif. Hammock and sun loungers are conducive to relaxation. The space Fully equipped (Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, piston and classic electric coffee makers, kettle, gas barbecue, dishes and abundant kitchen utensils), the house faces south and is organized on 3 levels: a ground floor with kitchen open to the living room, toilet, garden and patio where a microclimate allows you to eat outside all year round (when the weather is nice!). A first floor that includes a bathroom with shower and toilet, a second bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 4 beds (or a queen size bed and a bunk bed) and a double bedroom (or twin beds). The second floor is in the attic, it is a cozy nest that accommodates a double bed, intimate and romantic with a heavenly view. The large garden and the terrace shaded by the laurel complete the whole and allow everyone to isolate themselves for a nap or meet for a game or aperitif. Hammock and sun loungers are conducive to relaxation. The BBC-efficient and ecological renovation of this old stone lady will allow you to be cool in summer and warm in winter, the furniture and objects are antique and restored, and are our hallmark. Cleaning is included. Linens can be provided upon request with a €10/bed package including bed linens, towels, dish towels. Guest access If we are not there at the time of your arrival, a key box is provided and you can settle in quietly. Parking for three cars and bicycles is provided around the house. Montélimar train station is 30 minutes away, a regular bus line (35) connects the two. Valencia TGV station is 1 hour 10 minutes away. Other things to note The departure of the hikes (GR 9 among others) on foot, mountain bike, motorcycle or other is directly from the house and it is possible to rent bicycles in the village for the week. The municipal pool is open every day in summer, but many rivers are also swimmable and full of charm nearby. In the village you will find all shops and amenities, many designer and ceramic shops, the Provençal market is held every Friday morning all year round, a small food market on Tuesday morning and a designer market on Sunday in summer.
