The space The Abribulles gîte is located in TROISSY on the DORMANS (6 km) and Epernay (20 km) axis, 40 km from REIMS and only 1.5 hours from Paris. TROISSY is a wine village bordered by vineyards and forest. It will be the ideal place for your stays with family or friends in order to discover the riches of our department (champagnes and its cellars, museum, historical site and nature walk). This elevated detached house will provide you with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Outside, a large garden and a terrace (with views of the vineyards) will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with kitchen, dining and living room as well as a shower room, a separate toilet and 3 double bedrooms as follows: - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140/190). - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190). In the basement, a garage will allow you to park your car, bike or motorcycle. A games area has also been set up with a pool table. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and household utensils completes the basement. For your convenience, the rental rate includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning package and charges.
