Located between Richmond Hill, Fort Stewart, Hinesville, and Midway (and only a 40-minute drive from downtown Savannah), enjoy what this massive estate known as Midway Manor has to offer. When you book, please specify the number of people in your group as well as the breakdown (adults and kids) and any special requests so that we can assign comfortable accommodations for your group. The space Midway Manor is a local icon of elegance and luxury, used for private events and lodging and has hosted men and women of renown and prestige over the years. With over 16 beds, the property boasts incredible common areas, including a formal dining room, expansive living room, breakfast area, fireplace reading, shared office area, exercise and den multipurpose game room, and a back porch featuring a hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Please note: This is a shared estate experience. Your reservation includes a private suite, while all common areas are shared with other registered guests. No parties or outside visitors are permitted. Guest access Each of the spacious rooms at Midway Manor are accessible via touch keypads and are securely locked from the inside to disable the electronic keypad access from the outside with a switch of a button. When your booking is assigned, you will be given a room number and keypad access code. You will also be given the front door keypad access code which is shared by all guests who have an active reservation. All common areas are for public use. Please be courteous of your neighbors. Disorderly conduct and unneighborly activities may result in the early termination of your booking stay. During your stay If you need help with anything, Justin and Caitlen Archer are the caretakers of the property and live in the cottage right next to Midway Manor. Feel free to message here or knock on the cottage door during normal daylight hours. There will likely be other guests staying at the Bed and Breakfast in their own rooms and using the common areas. Please be considerate and kind in all your interactions. This beautiful home is for the peaceful enjoyment of all guests. Other things to note There are security cameras installed on the outside of the buildings for your protection and peace of mind. Your reservation includes exclusive access to your private suite only. All other areas of the home — including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and game room — are shared with other registered guests who may be staying at the property during your visit. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone: • Please clean and put away all dishes and cookware immediately after use. • Do not leave food or beverages unattended in any common area. • Wipe down surfaces and tidy any shared space after use. • Personal belongings may not be left in common areas. • Sleeping in common spaces is strictly prohibited. • No parties, gatherings, or “hangouts” are permitted. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. Failure to follow house guidelines will result in a termination of your stay with no refund. Midway Manor is designed to offer a refined, shared estate experience. Guests seeking exclusive use of the entire home are welcome to inquire about reserving the whole Manor privately.
