Chalet with View and Access to the Sea

Enjoy unforgettable moments in our chalet, which offers a spectacular sea view and is situated in the tourist corridor of Ponta Leste in Angra dos Reis, perfect for relaxing. The chalet is surrounded by nature, in addition to being close to some beaches of the region(+/- 1.3km) and at 200m it has a beach area. The space The chalet has a 1-en-suite with an integrated dining area. The en-suite has a double bed, sofa bed, bed linen and fan. We provide one towel per guest. The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper and soap. The dining area has a table with stools and a refrigerator. We do not have a stove. The outdoor area has a balcony with a panoramic ocean view. We are in the tourist corridor of Ponta Leste, a region famous for its natural beauty, it is the perfect place for those seeking peace and contact with nature. The area where we are located is not a commercial area, but in the center of the neighborhood, which is a 5-minute drive away, there is a very complete set of shops with: market, bakery, pharmacy, snack bar, pizzeria, clothing and bikini shop, fitness center... One suggestion is to bring insect repellent, as we are very close to nature, there is a lot of vegetation around and because of this, we have mosquitoes. Guest access You can access the beach that is about 200 meters away from the chalet, about a 3-minute walk, this beach is called Basílio beach. The other beaches are between 2 km-4 km away. Other things to note The use of loud sound equipment on the balcony of the chalet is not allowed, as it may disturb other guests.
