Our Urban retreat is a modern two-room apartment newly-renovated located in the historic heart of Borgo Palazzo. Just a few steps from the pedestrian area of Borgo Pignolo, it offers easy access to the splendid Città Alta. The apartment is on the first floor of a charming courtyard house, in a quiet and peaceful area of Città Bassa. Well-connected and equipped with all necessary amenities, you will be able to easily reach bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets on foot. The space Our apartment is a modern one-bedroom with a living room featuring a window and an open-plan kitchen, and a master bedroom. The living room has a three-seater sofa that can convert into a comfortable queen-sized bed, a 32-inch Smart TV, and a dining table perfect for your meals or for Smart Working. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The spacious bedroom has a window, a double bed, and a large wardrobe for storing your clothes. The newly renovated bathroom, directly connected to the bedroom, features a modern shower, dispensers with shower gel and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer. In the entrance area, you'll also find a washing machine that doubles as a dryer, along with laundry detergents. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi, ideal for both work and entertainment. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to enter the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your esclusive disposal during your stay. Before the check-in, we will ask you to review your identification documents in order to complete the registrations required by law. To access the apartment, you will find a keybox outside the gate.
