Experience a magical stay in our unique home located in a gated community that guests rave about. Featured are Avengers and Star Wars themed rooms, each with a king and queen bed respectively, and a 55-in TV. The bathroom, attached to the Avengers room, is also accessible from the hallway. Enjoy our game room and relax in the dining room where we also offer basic amenities for your convenience. The host lives on the property, but your privacy is ensured with separate living spaces. The space Welcome to Our Themed Retreat! BEDROOMS: - Star Wars Room: Immerse yourself in the galaxy far, far away in our Star Wars-themed room. This room features a comfortable queen bed and a 55-inch TV for your entertainment. - Avengers Room: Join Earth's mightiest heroes in our Avengers-themed room. This room includes a king bed and a 55-inch TV. The attached bathroom can be accessed directly from this room or via the hallway for convenience. BATHROOM: - The bathroom, attached to the Avengers room, is fully equipped and can also be accessed from the hallway, ensuring easy access for all guests. GAME ROOM: - Enjoy some friendly competition in our game room, equipped with both a pool table and a ping pong table. This space is perfect for unwinding and having fun. DINING ROOM: - Our dining room offers basic amenities you need. It includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, waffle maker, and toaster, making it easy to prepare snacks and meals during your stay. A starter pack of disposable cups, plates, and silverware are available for your convenience. LAUNDRY: - Take advantage of the washer and dryer available for your convenience, making longer stays more comfortable. NEIGHBORHOOD: - Located in a gated neighborhood, our home offers plenty of community amenities, including a Community Pool and a Kids' Play Area for you to enjoy, adding to the comfort and convenience of your stay. PRIVACY: - Although the host lives on the property, your privacy is guaranteed with a separate living space divided by a privacy door. Feel free to say hello if you see my friendly face in our shared parking areas (driveway and street) 😊 --- We look forward to hosting you and ensuring you have a memorable and comfortable experience! Guest access Guests have access to the two bedrooms, bathroom, game/ laundry room, dining room (with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, and air fryer), and parking. There is NO access to a kitchen/ stove. During your stay I will respect your privacy and only share the driveway and/or street parking areas. However, if you are feeling friendly, I would be more than happy to come say hello to you in person! Other things to note Please note that the host lives on property but living spaces are separated by a door by the dining room that will be locked on host's side. Host will not be entering any guests' living spaces during their stay and may only share parking spaces. We provide you with the dining essentials you need for the first few days of your stay that include disposable cups, plates, silverware, coffee, tea, and sugar, for your convenience. For longer stays, please utilize nearby shopping stores for more supplies. Thank you.
