All around are olive trees, Mediterranean vegetation and essences that give the holidays a unique, genuine and relaxing atmosphere. The large outdoor spaces of the country villa are equipped to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in the open air: the patio is one of these, equipped with a large table, outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, and outdoor bathroom with laundry. Many elements have been recovered and brought back to life, such as an ancient door transformed into a table, present in the area in front of the entrance to the house. The interiors of Trullo Bel Sito are made unique by the stone floors and beautiful vaults. The entrance to a spacious dining room, with a kitchenette and a relaxation area with a sofa and TV. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with a full bathroom. In particular, the master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and a makeup studio, a roof covered in wooden beams, and a direct exit to the garden. All rooms are air-conditioned. The surroundings of Trullo Bel Sito in Carovigno Trullo Bel Sito is located in a rural district just outside the town of Carovigno, along the road that leads to the nearby and beautiful city of Ostuni. The nearest beaches are located along the Adriatic coast and can be reached in less than 10 km. The location of the holiday villa is perfect for discovering the Itria Valley. - After booking, you can set check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8:30am to 10am). An extra payment of €50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m.). - Upon your arrival, you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in the total price. Mandatory change at €20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Extra cleaning fee for pets €50 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose of the waste. If not, a penalty fee of 80 euros will be withheld for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euros for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the final cleaning price). If not, a penalty fee of 40 euros will be withheld. - The fourth bathroom is just a guest toilet. - Please note that upon arrival, the payment of the deposit of 200 euros is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage report.
