The use of the barbecue must occur upon prior notice and must follow the condominium rules. The flat has a parking space. Local commerce with a market, wine cellar, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, ice cream parlor, board rental, shops and handicrafts are mostly within a 200-meter radius of the flat.
