Welcome to our amazing house, a real pearl in charming Mariefred. The house is a large (236 sqm) and welcoming house with 3 bedrooms, large social areas and a lush garden. There is room for many to hang out and enjoy the beautiful house and the nice garden. A stone's throw away is Mariefred with marina, restaurants, life and liquor stores. We love our house and now we look forward to inviting and sharing it with more, hope you'll love it really much! The space The house is 236 sqm, and this is how it is distributed: Ground floor: - Hallway with space for shoes and jackets. - Large site-built full kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and efficient fan. - Dining room with large moped windows and space for many, exit to the covered porch. - Living room with tiled stove, large sofa, armchairs and TV, exit to the patio with evening sun. - Bathroom with shower Upstairs: - Children's room 1, beautiful children's room with 90cm bed - Children's room 2, beautiful children's room with 105cm bed - Bedroom with double bed 180cm, large and lovely bedroom with roof up to ridge. - Living room with big sofa and TV. - Large bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate laundry room. Guest access Guests can share all of the rooms listed in the room description. Other things to note We have allergies in the family, so unfortunately we can't accommodate families with animals or smokers.
