Our luxurious, attractive and detached holiday villas for 4 people all have a unique view of the water and/or one of the marinas. The luxurious villa offers a lot of privacy, a high level of comfort and has a spacious hardwood outdoor terrace. All the ingredients for the ultimate experience on the water. The space The villas have a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a view of the water and a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.    All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage. You can park one car at the accommodation without any problems.
