The historical apartment with balcony is in excellent condition, offering you a pleasant and memorable retreat during your stay. The space After we get many positive reviews from our first apartment in the same building, we decided to create another space to accommodate your increasing needs. The location is perfect to wander around in the historical Jewish center or Old Town Square. Right in front of the building, you can find convenient shops, restaurants, bars and wine shops. The apartment is on 1st floor with an elevator, so its easy to access and walk to even for seniors or people with disabilities. We provide superb heating system for the winter colder days. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one living room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect stay for family or bigger group. For family with small kids we are able to accommodate an extra toddler bed for the best comfortable stay. Our kitchen has everything you need to fix a quick breakfast or satisfy your cooking needs for fancier dinners. With the view of the balcony, you will be able to see the whole Jewish center and areas around Old Town Square. When feeling tired from day long touring the city, you can simply enjoy your cup of coffee, wine or bear in the balcony feeling like a true Prague local. Guest access Our apartment is located on the first floor and has an elevator. Other things to note ✔ No parties or events are allowed in the apartment. This includes but is not limited to loud music, dancing, or any other activity that could disturb the neighbors. Rule violation - 200 EUR fine. ✔We have the doorbell(CCTV) in the hallway outside of the apartment for security reasons. ✔ Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. During this time, guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Rule violation - 200 EUR fine. ✔ Guests are required to respect the neighbors' privacy and not disturb them in any way. ✔ If there are any noise complaints or violations of these house rules, the host reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay without a refund. ✔ No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Rule violation - 200 EUR fine. ✔ Guests are not allowed to bring additional guests into the apartment. Only guests stated during the booking process can stay in the property. Rule violation - 200 EUR fine. ✔ Guests are not allowed to use the apartment for any commercial purposes. ✔ Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest, and they will be required to cover the cost of repairs or replacements. ✔ Key Lost - 50 EUR charge for new key replacement. ✔ As per Czech Law every accommodation provider is obliged to report the accommodation of a foreign national. That is why we will ask every guest to give us the necessary details (same like in a hotel) and fill in and sign the registration form for a Foreign Police. If you have any questions, please refer any inquiries to the Foreign Police and visit their website. ✔ As per Czech law, all guests staying in the Czech Republic are required to pay a local tax fee. The tax fee is 50 CZK (2Euro) per guest per day. We collect this fee as Community Fee. 🎈 Our apartment is located in busy area so there can be little bit noise from car moving, tram. 🎈 We have stairs little bit(around 15 steps)when you enter the building and then you can use the elevator.
