For reservations of five or more nights, we change towels at no additional cost, noting that extra changes can be requested at any time at an additional cost. In addition, the apartment is thoroughly sanitized whenever there is a change of guests, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for your arrival. --------------------------------- ## HYGIENE ITEMS: ## We offer hotel type soap for each guest, as well as shampoo, liquid soap and detergent in the dispensers, and toilet paper. At lower values, the equipment remains locked, with optional use, for a fee of R$50 per day, up to a maximum limit of R$300 per stay up to 30 days. --------------------------------- ## CHECK-IN 24HS AS BELOW: ## Check-in is cleared at no additional cost until 8pm. From 8pm there is an extra charge of R$80.00, which must be paid at the time of check-in, by PIX or in cash. The rebooking policy follows the same rules as the cancellation, and must respect the maximum period allowed for both situations. --------------------------------- ## RESERVATION PRICE COMPOSITION AND/OR DAILY: ## The price is fixed for up to 6 people, regardless of whether they are adults or children. For groups of more than 6 people, the system calculates an additional value per person, per night. Children up to 2 years old are not counted and can sleep in a crib or in bed with their parents. Beds, bedding and towels are available according to the number of guests informed in the reservation.
