In a historic, secluded and quiet setting, MAISON FRANCE, former outbuilding of the Château de Romainville, located at the gates of Perche, offers an enchanting panorama, with fields of golden wheat and green woods. While retaining all its charm, it offers a blend of perfect comfort and authenticity. On a hiking trail, you can stroll through the woods, relax by the pool and enjoy a dinner under the stars in the conservatory. The space The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, offering a comfortable and friendly stay with: - On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed - 2 x 90 cm beds - baby bed) - 1 shower room - Living room with fireplace (wood provided) - Equipped kitchen overlooking a large terrace (High chair - BBQ, etc.) - Upstairs, accessible by an authentic miller's staircase: 1 bedroom with shower room (1X180 bed), 2 bedrooms (1X160 and 2X90 beds) with 1 bathroom and a mezzanine bedroom closed by curtains (1X140 bed). Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Fiber wifi Pool open from mid-May to mid-September depending on weather conditions. Pool towels are not provided.
