Other things to note Our villa is located in a quiet residential area, where respect for peace and quiet is paramount. Thank you for making sure not to disturb the peace of the place after 10 p.m. To guarantee this serenity, a sound meter connected to our concierge service is installed to ensure compliance with sound levels. We also inform you that playing music outside is not allowed and that parties are not allowed. Finally, for the comfort of all, we ask that the number of people present on the terraces be in line with the occupancy capacity of the villa. The villa's swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump. If you wish to benefit from it, it is necessary to request it at least two days before the start of your stay. Please note that activating the heat pump incurs an additional cost of €250 per week, which will be charged extra. During the summer, heating the pool is not necessary.
