The space Conveniently located on an quite little island in the heart of Surfers Paradise, you will be able to walk everywhere from this piece of paradise! Only a short stroll to the abundance of cafe's, restaurants, and entertainment venues, and with the beach only 500m away you will ever be short on things to do. There is also a tram stop 300 metres away which will take you down to the restaurants of Broadbeach or Pacific Fair, or North to Southport CBD, Australia Fair, Broadwater Parklands, and up to Westfield Shopping centre and Helensvale, and Helensvale Station where you can get the train to Brisbane. You get the entire place to yourself! The space includes: - One bedroom with queen bed - Motorised blockout blinds in bedroom and living room - Smart TV (you can login to your own streaming services) - Air conditioning and ceiling fan - Full size bathtub - Washing machine and dryer - Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, laundry powder - Kitchen equipped with full size refridgerator, cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine - All linen, towels and beach towels provided The apartment can cater an extra adult, or 2 kids if required on a full size air mattress, setup in the living space. You will be required to request this at time of booking. We have a cot available on request. This apartment does not have parking available, however there is free street parking available just outside the complex (restrictions apply Mon-Fri 9-5). There is also a paid parking station very close called Bruce Bishop Carpark. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself! The resort features a large lagoon style pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis court, and basketball half court. You can hire tennis racquets and basketballs for free from the reception desk. There is also a riverside BBQ area available to use. Other things to note This is a privately owned holiday apartment in a resort and residential complex. Please consider the neighbours . The reception desk is not affiliated with our apartment. Please refrain from asking at reception for any assistance.
